With a heated pool, autumn is also a beautiful time in Provence with still warm sunny days. Terms and conditions.

• Full terms and conditions will be explained in the final contract which you will receive after booking. Some important points to note as regards payments are as follows:-
• A booking deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is payable to secure your booking. Once received, the dates discussed will be blocked for you.
• Two calendar months before your rental starts, the balance of the rental charge plus a damage deposit of €1000 are due, by bank transfer.
• A standard final cleaning charge of €100 will be deducted from your damage deposit before return.
• The damage deposit will be returned by bank transfer within 3 days of your departure, subject to the house being left in a reasonable state and with no major damage or loss of contents. (We've only once had to deduct €60 euros for damage to the pool cover, to cover the repair costs.)
• All other payments are non-refundable if you decide or have to cancel your booking.  We advise you make sure that you have holiday insurance to cover such an eventuality.
